Server Content
You may only add servers to Pixelmon-Server-List.com that you are the owner of unless given explicit permission by the server owner. By posting your server on Pixelmon-Server-List, you are providing Pixelmon-Server-List.com a a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content associated with your server. As a server owner you agree not to upload any pornographic, illegal, racist or hateful content as part of the server details (banner, name, MOTD, description, etc.).
Pixelmon-Server-List.com reserves the right to remove any servers for any reason. Common reasons for removal however may include:
Voting
Voting must be carried out by the user owning the Minecraft account and must take place on this site. Voting via automated voting scripts, bots or programs is strictly prohibited. Attempting to bypass restrictions such as captchas or the 24-hour vote limit is also strictly prohibited.
Votes shall not be sold or exchanged between servers. Servers may not encourage users to vote on another server. Server owners may not attempt to get users from other servers to vote on their server.
Premium Servers
We reserve the right to change the method in which the Premium Upgrade is sold and at what price it is sold.
Refunds will only be issued under extreme circumstances and may result in the inability to purchase Premium again. Any server that is removed for violation of these terms may receive a prorated refund upon request.
Chargebacks of any kind will result in a permanent ban from Pixelmon-Server-List.com and and legal prosecution by local authorities.
Advertisement
Pixelmon-Server-List.com displays various advertisements throughout the site. These advertisements are not affiliated with Pixelmon-Server-List.com and are not endorsed by us in any way.
Account Termination
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and potentially server removal and banning. Furthermore, we reserve the right to terminate any account for any reason.
Warranty Disclaimer
There are no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any service.
Change of Terms
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at anytime with or without notice.
